In Corttown tonight we ran out easy victors over a game Ballivor team who had a man dismissed for two yellows just before half team.
A workman like performance.A good start which goes some small way to compensate for the 6-33 to 0-8 hammering inflicted on our hurling team by Killyon last Saturday in the Davis Cup in which about 6 Ballivor men featured,I think.
This club must ensure that such an embarrassing score is never again chalked up against any team in our Club.
